Hall of Fame Weekend

We had a great time being back in Salem with college friends. One of Geoff's fellow WU football teammates and our friend Brian, was inducted into the Willamette Hall of Fame. We drove up for the event and got to visit friends and family! It was a short weekend but we accomplished a lot and are glad we got to make the trek up for the fun event. Way to go Greer!

We follow Kelly's brother Pat "Bam Bam" Healy who is a UFC fighter, and Geoff was excited to see him and even got a pic with him!

We even ended the night at our old stompin' ground (a total dive bar) Magoo's!
The girls had a great time being in Scappoose. They successfully had a sleepover with Grandma and Pa and had fun with cousin Emmett.

Emmett was being a ghost but wanted to help make a Rainbow Loom bracelet
The highlight of the Scappoose visit was meeting our newest cousin Charlsie

The girls had fun with the Stoddard crew
We also got to visit with Anna and her littles. Rose and Paige were not in the picture!

Wildlife Safari

Last weekend we drove up to Oregon to visit with family, and to be there for a our friend Brian to get inducted into the Willamette University Hall of Fame. We decided at the last minute we were going to go, so we had to drive instead of paying $1,200 for airfare, for a weekend! The girls were troopers, and we got to stop at the Wildlife Safari on the way up north. I remember going as a little girl ,and remember the animals walking right up to our car! You never know if things are still going to be "as cool" as it was when you were a kid, so I was little hesitant to suggest it. But the girls were all excited for a "drive through zoo" and Geoff was on board as well. We thought what the heck, lets go for it,  and it was a win, win. There is a part of the park that you walk through and look at animals, so that was a nice break from driving. Then we hopped in the car and got to drive through the "safari" and see the animals up close and personal!  We had lots of fun and the girls got to get unbuckled and look out the windows. It is crazy to think we were really so close to these animals. Our favorite was the bear blowing bubbles in the water! If you are ever driving through Winston, Oregon it is well worth the stop!

Busy Girls

The girls keep us on our toes. We love that they are able to be involved in so many activities and we have fun watching them participate! It means we are on the go, go, go,...but there will plenty of time to sit back when we retire :o)  Or we will continue to be on the go like Grandma and Paka who don't miss any of the activities. The girls are lucky to have so much support!

Allison is taking acting class, playing softball, and taking jazz dance class. With my flexible work schedule I am fortunate to be able work in Allison's classroom 1 day a week and go on field trips with them. Allison loves school and is learning lots. She is reading like a champ and loves 1st grade!

Fun with friends at the Sacramento Zoo

After being at the zoo all day, Allie went to change her clothes and this is how I found her...not tired at all!!
Catching....Allie is doing great job playing softball. It is a great group of girls and Geoff enjoys coaching
PJ and Pancake Day! This is a huge deal at school and the kids love it!

Last year we didn't get a pic with Mrs. Crouch so we got one this year..best kinder teacher EVER!

Paigee girl is not far behind in activities and is busy as well. She is attending preschool 2 days a week, playing soccer and taking a tap/ballet class . Paige is super competitive so she might have to take up wrestling or something! She loves life and is a funny little monkey. She is our little spitfire!

Paige plays soccer with Just For Kicks...it is a great program and she likes it (most days)

Paige is not completely potty trained yet, but we are getting there...all in good time, just as this picture shows! We did have success so makes it all worth it!
Dancin' her little heart out. This class was fun because Allie had a minimum day and got to join Paige during freeze dance!

Concentrating....
