For the last four years, it has been part of our "Christmas time" tradition to make the trek to Penryn to Santa's Secret Adventure. The girls talk about it all year long and have a great time. It changes a little bit every year, but we always have a blast. This is the first year we have ever had rain, so that was a bit of a bummer, but we were all bundled up and had on rain gear so it was fine. The Widmer Fam joined us and we had fun with the kiddos. I asked Paige what she was going to tell Santa she wanted, and she said some random Dora thing...this was the first time I heard of this and said, "What about Baby Alive?" She did not hesitate, and said "that is too 'spensive (expensive)". Oh this little one...every time we are at Target, she wants to buy Baby Alive and I always say "It is too expensive, so choose something for $5 or less". I had to explain to her that Santa is magical and things aren't to "spensive" for him :o) So she did tell him she wanted Baby Alive. Allison asked for the American Girl doll Molly, and legos. After our visit with Santa the kids rode horses, had a train ride, rode on the horse drawn carriage and then did crafts and played games. It was a great night!
