On Saturday night, Geoff and Allison went to their first Father-Daughter Dance at WC. It is for grades K-12 , so there were lots of girls with their dads. Allison was super excited and wanted to practice dancing with Geoff all week. When she was getting ready in her "fancy" dress she wanted to make sure I knew she needed her hair curled and make-up on..."even that eye stuff" (mascara). She wanted to wear her special flower girl bracelet (from Jos and Rach's wedding) and special necklace from Pa. She got all dressed up, and so did her handsome prince! They looked very festive. All week she said that she wanted to stay until midnight, but the when I told her the dance only went until 9, she said "We are staying until 9, I want to stay the whole time." Geoff agreed and off they went. Then they called around 8 and said they were on their way home, guess they had enough dancing! They had a fun night, and before we know it, the handsome prince will be off to the dance with both of our little princesses. Cheers to many more Father-Daughter dances!!
Geoff was super dad and even got pics of Allie and her friends at the dance!!
Since Paige didn't get to go, we went shopping at Target so she could pick out a toy, and then got a little treat at Sonic.
