Visit with Makena Lynna

Last weekend some of our Eugene family came down to Cali to watch the U of O/Stanford game and stopped by Woodland on their way out of town. Allie was excited to play with Makena and show her all of her stuff. They had fun together and Allie did a great job sharing her toys. It was fun to have them all here for a short visit....can't wait to have all the cousins together for the holidays.

Big Sister Allie

Baby Hulbert at 12 Weeks 4 Days

We are excited to announce that Allie will be a big sister in May. My estimated due date is May 17th! We have had 5 ultrasounds and all looks good. Today we had one, and the baby was moving around and moving its arms and legs. Not really cooperating with the ultrasound tech, but she was very patient and got the shots she needed! It is so fun to see how fast they grow and change in such a short amount of time. I wish we were like Tom Cruise and could have our own ultrasound machine to take a peek whenever we want...I guess we will just have to be patient! It was also fun to hear the strong heartbeat. Allie thought it sounded like a galloping horsie! The tech asked Allie if she was having a sister or a brother and she said a sister. We will see if she is right in December. Allison knows there is a baby in my tummy but I am not sure she quite gets it. She wants to hold the baby and share her toys. Oh, I hope it stays that way in May! She will be a great big sister and we are very excited to soon be a family of 4.

Snow White

The other day when Allie woke up from her nap she wanted to go to Disneyland and go to the Princess breakfast (like we did in June). I was trying to explain to her that we needed a ticket and that it is very special to go. She was looking at me like....what do you mean mom...I want to go today! I wish we could go any day...that would be awesome. So I knew Disney Princesses on Ice was coming to Arco Arena, I just was not sure when. It was yesterday. We didn't have tickets for the show but thought we would try our luck when we got there. The seats weren't the best but we could see all of the Princesses and Allie loved it. She was not sure about the witches in the stories but loved seeing the princesses glide on the ice. It was a lot of fun. She especially liked seeing Snow White because Snow White was dressed up just like Allie :o) It was fun to see all of the little kids dressed up!

Sweet baby girl
Not so sure about taking more pics
