Trick-or-Treat

This year our little Scarecrow and Witch were excited to trick-or-treat! They have been mapping out a plan so they don't have to go to any scary houses!

Heading out to hit a few houses with Grandma and Pa on our street before heading across town to trick-or-treat with friends. It rained most of the day, but then cleared up in the evening so we were dry while trick-or-treating. It was a great night!

The gang is ready to head out and hit a few houses on the west side of town. Mom and Dad stayed home and handed out candy at our house. It was a good thing because they counted 98 trick-or-treaters!

After trick-or-treating with friends for a few hours, we got Grandma and Pa and headed over to Grandma and Paka's house to trick-or-treat on their street. It was a fun night. We only ran into one scary house and Allison jumped off the porch like the cowardly lion! It was pretty funny!!

Halloween Songs & Parade

Every year Paige's preschool sings at a retirement home here in town. The kids love singing the cute Halloween songs but are a little nervous signing in front of so many strangers. All of the residents are so happy and excited to see the kiddos, so it is a great way to start Halloween morning!

After singing in the morning, we all headed out to Plainfield to watch the Halloween Parade. Of course it was pouring down rain, but the parade did not get cancelled, and the kids had fun!
Our little scarecrow was excited to dress up at school. This is the first year since preschool that she was allowed to dress up at school.

The cowgirl, gnome, and scarecrow all started at Great Day in 3 year old preschool, and are now back in the same class. Such sweet girls.

The tired scarecrow is ready to rest up and get ready for trick-or-treating and add a little stuffing and make-up for tonight!
