The summer has been lots of fun and has flown by way too fast. Sometimes is it hard to plan things, but when you have teacher friends you can throw together an awesome play date and lunch date in a half hour! We had a great time with the Eathorne kiddos at ArtBeast and then had a fun lunch in the cable car at The Old Spaghetti Factory in downtown Sac. The kids were troopers and had lots of fun. And the mommies got to chat and catch up! It was a great day!
When we got home Allison crafted her own art. She was so very proud of herself.
Not sure why I randomly liked the Sacramento Rivercats page on FB, but I did a while back and it flashed on that Elsa and Anna from Frozen were going to be at the game. I called Geoff to see if he was up for it, and he was, so the girls were super excited to meet the "real" Elsa and Anna. We had a nice night at the ballpark.
The girls love swimming at Grandma and Paka's and on this day Paige was feeling a little Zen.....
We met the Broward clan for a bowling playdate. Then headed out to swim at the "big house". The girls had fun bowling and swimming!
We were super excited that my cousin Stephanie, her husband Tim and their daughter, Baby E were driving through Cali from Oregon for a Bay Area wedding reception. My friend Alissa is my cousin's childhood friend, so Liss hosted a great dinner at the Widmer Casa! It was fun to hang out, catch up, and watch the littles play together. Allie is the oldest, so she was the "babysitter". She loved it!
We ended the night with yummy s'mores around the fire pit. Cheers to fun summer memories!
